Terms & Conditions:

• Check In time 12:00 PM & Check out time 10:00 AM
  
• Above mentioned rate will be not aplicable from 12th November to 20th November 2020 & from 21st December 2020 to 4rd. June 2021.
  
• If Cancellation occurred before 07 days of the check in date, it will be liable for the Charge of 01 Day as retention. (Full tariff of all the booked rooms).
  
• All Taxes will be charged as per the Government Norms. If the Tax Structure alters the same will be applicable with immediate effect.
  
• As per the Government Directives it is mandatory for all the Guest (Foreign Nationals and India Nationals) to show there Photo ID Proof at the time of Check – In which can be in the form of Foreign Nationals / NRI’s Passport and valid Visa, Indian Passport, Driving License, Voter ID Card, Aadhar Card.
  
• Large / Twin Bed will be available on subject to availability.
  
• Room Allotment will be done as per the availability at the time of Check – In. Adjoining Rooms can only be request but not guaranteed.
  
• Verbal Bookings will be Tentative subject to confirm by Mail / Authorized Letter with proper Details i.e., Mode of Payment Check – In, Check – Out etc…
  
• Complimentary Transfer from Airport, Railway Station, Bus Stand on prior intimation and on sharing basis.
  
• Child above the age of above the age of 8 will be calculated as an extra person and will be charged @ Rs. 500/- plus tax in all the catagory of room.
  
• 100% Advance 20 days prior to the Check – In Dates.
  
• We reserve right to release the non guaranteed reservations.
  
• In case the confirmed reservations, any cancellations / no show / amendments of dates not communicated at least 72 hours prior to the arrival date, retention charge will be equivalent as per the Booking done.
  
• Cancellation occurred within 24 hours will be liable for the Charge of 01 Day as retention.
  
• Early Check & Late Check out will be on subect to availibility in will be available only on subject to availability.
